Privacy
Honeydew is in private beta. This page is a placeholder while we finalize a full privacy policy for launch. The notes below describe how we handle data today, in plain language, with the expectation that the formal policy will replace this document before public release.
What we collect
When you use Honeydew during the beta, we store the data you give us — the chores, documents, reminders, and household members you create — alongside the email address you sign up with. We collect anonymous usage data (which features get used, errors that occur) so we can improve the product.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. It stays scoped to your home — other Honeydew users cannot access it. Honeydew is designed to be offline-first, so a copy of your data also lives on your own devices. When connectivity returns, those copies sync to the server.
Who can see it
The members of your home can see your home's data. Honeydew employees can access data only when required to support you or operate the service — for example, to investigate a bug you've reported. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
How to reach us
For privacy questions during the beta, email privacy@honeydew.app. We will respond within five business days.
